📋 Description Own backend systems end-to-end—from design to deployment and monitoring. Build and maintain services to support real-world transaction flows reliably. Design and evolve APIs that are scalable, resilient, and easy to integrate. Collaborate with engineers to define solutions and make sound technical decisions. Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, bugs, and edge cases in production. Mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and raise code quality. 🎯 Requirements 5–7 years building production systems; at least 3 years Python. Hybrid setup; Kraków or Gdańsk offices 2–3x per week. Proficient in Python and Django, FastAPI, or Flask; end-to-end ownership. Experience building and consuming APIs; understands system communication and scale. SQL and NoSQL experience; analyze data and write efficient queries.
