📋 Description Lead Pre-Sales opportunities with the sales team to position Kestra Enterprise. Own the POC process with a success plan, architecture guidance, and flow design. Demonstrate Kestra's technical advantages to customers and the open-source community. Provide 360-degree ownership of the customer lifecycle from onboarding to reviews. Manage enterprise escalations with engineering to drive timely resolutions. Translate customer friction into product requirements for the roadmap. 🎯 Requirements Engineer mindset with a Consultant heart; strong customer communication. Data Engineering experience: dbt, Spark, Snowflake, DuckDB. Infrastructure as Code: Terraform/OpenTofu, Kubernetes, CI/CD. AI/ML Ops: lifecycle of LLMs and vector databases.
