Senior Security Engineer (Team Lead)

📋 Description Lead DevSec team; hands-on IC, then player-coach team lead. Deliver end-to-end security programs; prioritize by risk. Ramp-up: first 3 months hands-on to build foundation; roadmap co-ownership. Post ramp-up: ~60% leadership, ~40% hands-on; mentor team. Work spans app/product security, infrastructure/cloud security, security automation & AI, endpoint security, and compliance. Remote-first, Europe-wide; hire anywhere in Europe. 🎯 Requirements Credible hands-on experience in at least two security domains; risk-focused. Built or scaled a security program end-to-end in a low-structure environment. Coding & automation ability (Python preferred) and AWS security depth. Experience with AI-assisted development and securing it: LLM tooling. Leadership readiness with mentoring, deputising for a lead, or formal lead experience.
