📋 Description Lead commissioning from planning through handover. Coordinate commissioning for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, controls, and fire protection. Verify readiness and conduct pre-functional and functional tests. Collaborate with construction, engineering, safety, QA/QC, and subs to resolve issues. Track progress, identify risks, and report to project leadership. Manage punch lists and closure of deficiencies. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in commissioning, construction management, or MEP coordination. Certifications such as CxA, BCxP, PMP, LEED, or OSHA (OSHA 30). Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, testing, and closeout. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, schedules, and technical docs.
