📋 Description Design and implement scalable Apex solutions (bulkified, governor-safe). Develop Service Cloud capabilities including case management and routing. Build and customize Experience Cloud sites for self-service. Implement Digital Engagement channels: Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS. Create and integrate AI-powered bots with Apex, Flows, and external systems. Develop secure REST APIs, Platform Events, and async processing for Salesforce. 🎯 Requirements 2–5+ years Salesforce development with strong Apex. Hands-on Service Cloud customization and implementation. Experience with Experience Cloud portals (Customer/Partner). Experience with Digital Engagement channels (Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS).
