📋 Description Lead all aspects of implementation for law enforcement customers. Coordinate with Chicago PD and partners to ensure contract success. Plan end-to-end deployment; manage cost, schedule, and tech needs. Translate customer needs to Skydio’s agile product and tech teams. Build relationships with law enforcement customers and engineering to meet milestones. Support go-to-market and business activities as required. 🎯 Requirements Experience as a customer-facing professional services or PM role. Experience with law enforcement or military engagements. Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders. Proven track record delivering new tech via agile development. Experience implementing internal systems for large-scale law enforcement projects.
