📋 Description Maintain IT equipment using a ticket system (e.g., JIRA) through lifecycle Handle day-to-day purchasing tasks: follow up with vendors and tickets Follow up on outstanding orders with suppliers Purchase goods/services within a given budget Contact suppliers about credits for damaged/missing items Progress purchase orders and report supply issues to Engineering Procurement Lead 🎯 Requirements Preferably previous experience in procurement field of IT equipment Language skills: English Understanding of modern purchasing processes and systems Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills High sense of responsibility and integrity; ability to work without supervision
