Analyst Deal Desk

📋 Description Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing and terms decisions Build complex pricing models Analyze pricing and revenue impact in deals Approve discounts and terms exceptions Review and approve low-tier discounts Apply department guidelines for term exception requests Advise Deal Desk leadership on approvals Manage communications with sales reps and context Drive adoption of Q2C tools and Deal Desk processes Monitor Deal Desk and CRM process compliance Assist and train on Q2C tools Participate in projects to improve Deal Desk processes 🎯 Requirements Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills with large data sets Fluent in English; other languages a plus Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics) and MSBI tools Critical attention to detail with high accountability Ability to prioritize during high volume Affinity for negotiations 🎁 Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP)
