Apartment Service Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified)

📋 Description Diagnose defects and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards. Make-ready vacant apartments; perform pre-move-out punch lists. Manage materials and inventory; notify re-ordering needs. Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean and paint as needed. Support after-hours on-call schedule per Morguard guidelines. 🎯 Requirements A minimum of 2 years of residential maintenance experience. Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs. EPA Universal is required. Valid driver’s license required. Drug test and criminal/credit background checks required.
