📋 Description Build and maintain Pilot Experience Solutions across React Native and iOS. Own offline-first architecture and data synchronization for logbooks. Partner with product and design to translate training milestones into features. Make high-judgment architectural decisions and ship independently using AI tools. Mentor engineers to raise code quality and AI-assisted development practices. Collaborate with stakeholders and pilots to turn feedback into product decisions. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of professional software engineering, shipping production SaaS/mobile apps. Hands-on React Native and/or native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C). Experience designing offline-first mobile architectures and data synchronization. Hands-on experience with AWS and MongoDB. High-ownership, end-to-end ownership; comfortable using AI tools in development.
