📋 Description Support DESP Management Team with staff training and development. Lead screening team, coordinating daily duties and program performance. Ensure screening services meet national standards to reduce diabetic retinopathy. Oversee induction and training of new staff across teams. Conduct biannual skills assessments and annual appraisals. Manage equipment upkeep and report faults to maintain image quality. 🎯 Requirements Diabetic Retinopathy Screening experience essential. Higher certificate in Diabetic Retinal Screening or similar preferred. Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent. Strong people management and leadership skills. IT literate with knowledge of information governance.
