📋 Description Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in assigned area. Meet and exceed service agreements and warranty obligations. Provide technical expertise and exceptional customer service to users. Document service activities and generate reports for stakeholders. Coordinate system delivery, installation, and OR/HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with Sales and Genesis teams to improve processes. 🎯 Requirements Team player able to collaborate with colleagues and customers. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability. Willingness to travel up to 50% as required. Able to perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
