📋 Description Own the technical relationship on customer opportunities from discovery to sign-off Partner with account teams to qualify deals and shape data/hybrid cloud strategies Design and validate solutions for file services, backup/archival, analytics, AI/ML Design architectures for multi-site collaboration, cloud integration, DR, data lifecycle Build credibility with infrastructure teams and application owners Build and maintain the technical toolkit: reference architectures, demos, briefs 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Systems Engineer or Pre-Sales) Track record leading complex pre-sales engagements end to end Grounding in enterprise storage, file systems, and unstructured data (NFS/SMB/object) Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud data management Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solution designs Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills 🎁 Benefits Pre-IPO stock options Flexible time-off policy HSA and PPO health insurance options Dental and Vision insurance 401(k) plan Choice of an ORCA card or parking subsidy
