Process Engineer

📋 Description Time studies and cycle-time standards; establish baseline and optimized times. Standardized work instructions for major assembly and wiring processes. Process improvements to assembly sequences, wiring methods, and workflows; lead kaizens. Root cause analysis on defects, rework, and quality escapes (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D). Process validation to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards before deployment. Fixture & Tool improvements: identify tooling issues and propose fixes. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years in process engineering. Time studies, work measurement, standardized docs, and RCA (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D). Lean manufacturing and Kaizen experience; strong floor presence.
