Pricing and Deal Desk Manager (Cork) - Cloud & Data Storage

📋 Description Support complex deal structuring and pricing across EMEA & APAC. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to guide pricing and deal lifecycle. Shape pricing models, discounting, multi-year agreements, and channel deals. Analyze historical deal data to test discount guidance and thresholds. Build and scale pricing tools to evaluate profitability by region and channel. Own pricing documentation and enable field with training and best practices. Hybrid work from Cork office, onsite three days per week. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Pricing Analytics Experience with consumption/usage pricing, credits, term structures, and multi-tier channel deals Strong quantitative skills to interpret complex data sets for decisions Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and Excel or Google Sheets proficiency Experience using Claude or ChatGPT for analysis Track record of collaborating across Sales, Finance, Ops, and C-level stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package, including equity, pension, and healthcare Flexible working arrangements, with 3 days onsite and 2 remote Reimbursement for home phone and internet
