Head of Accounting

📋 Description Build and lead the accounting team, assign ownership, and manage performance. Operationalise new group entities, set up COA, processes, and intercompany links. Develop internal controls, policies, and evolving processes as the product grows. Implement accounting technology and tools; drive AI adoption and automation. Coordinate group audits and GAAP compliance across jurisdictions. Oversee regulatory reporting and tax filings across group entities. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years managing teams. Proven track record of leading, building, or scaling an accounting team. Deep expertise in Lithuanian GAAP and/or IFRS, intercompany accounting and consolidation. Strong business acumen; connect responsibilities across units. Proficient in close processes, audit coordination, and financial statement analysis.
