📋 Description Own underwriting models for GPU clusters and AI infrastructure. Lead detailed financial analysis including valuation and scenario planning. Partner with commercial and infra teams on contracts, power, and ops. Support origination and screening of new investment opportunities. Lead due diligence across workstreams and transactions. Structure investments across equity, debt and hybrid capital. 🎯 Requirements 6–10 years in infra investing, PE, project finance or related fields. Strong financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis. Experience evaluating and executing complex transactions. Debt financing, capital structure analysis and financing docs.
