Assoc Product Designer

📋 Description Create innovative, user-focused toy concepts and play experiences. Support design and development from concept to production-ready execution. Generate ideas through research, trend review, brainstorming, and sketch exploration. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, vendors, QA, sculptors, and model makers. Present design ideas via sketches, mock-ups, digital visuals, and other communication tools. Refine products to ensure they are safe, functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Product Design or related discipline, or equivalent experience. 1–3 years design experience; toys or consumer products preferred. Strong design skills translating ideas into final concepts. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design software; SolidWorks or zBrush a plus. Strong sketching, visual communication, and presentations.
