📋 Description Lead digital sculpting development for licensed and owned brands across product lines. Establish best practices for sculpting workflows tools and asset management. Ensure assets meet creative intent licensor guidelines and manufacturing needs. Capture accurate character likeness and translate 2D references into 3D sculpts. Manage and mentor a team of digital sculptors; coordinate external vendors. 🎯 Requirements Excellent English; fluent Mandarin and Cantonese. BFA or equivalent in digital media (VFX/Animation/Game Dev or related). 10+ years digital sculpting experience; toy industry preferred. Expert ZBrush skills with a strong portfolio. Understanding engineering principles and manufacturing for sculpted assets.
