📋 Description Design, build, and own automation across core IT systems. Develop API-driven integrations and workflows across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and SaaS tools. Build and scale identity lifecycle automation (joiner, mover, leaver) with security. Escalation point for complex technical issues; debugging across systems and environments. Identify recurring issues and eliminate root causes via automation and design improvements. Partner with IT, Security, and business teams to design scalable solutions. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in IT/systems engineering with automation focus. Automation using Python or TypeScript; Git-based workflows. Experience building API-based integrations (REST, webhooks, event-driven) across SaaS. Hands-on with IAM platforms (Okta) and automation tools (Okta Workflows, Tines). SaaS admin experience (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and debugging cross-system issues. Networking, security, and IaC (Terraform) with code-driven systems.
