Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead - Java

📋 Description Lead and manage cross-functional software teams (Frontend/Backend/QA/DevOps). Deliver secure, scalable UI, API, and data persistence systems on cloud. Drive fast feedback with CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation. Architect and implement Java-based microservices; contribute hands-on. Collaborate with remote/offshore teams and run Agile ceremonies. Leverage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaC for service architecture. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of software engineering with SDLC knowledge and Agile leadership. Strong hands-on Java and Java-based microservices expertise. Frontend/UI experience (React/Angular/TypeScript/NodeJS) a plus. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to define service architecture. AWS and/or Azure development/deployment experience with microservices. Proficient in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, planning, retros). Experience leading remote/offshore cross-functional teams.
