Accounting Manager

📋 Description Oversee GL accounting and drive process improvements, incl. automation. Review financial statements for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Lead and manage accounting team; mentoring and performance reviews. Identify and implement automation and efficiency enhancements. Audit support, SOX compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA desirable. 5 years minimum progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Audit experience at Big 4 or Mid-Tier accounting firm preferred
