Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

📋 Description Design, build, and operate full-stack features using Rails, Golang, and internal tools. Lead technical design for support journeys across Help Centre, APIs, and platforms. Build scalable, observable microservices integrating with downstream systems. Develop frontend experiences for users, agents, and internal teams. Own production readiness: monitoring, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, release quality. Participate in on-call, incident handling, root cause analysis, and prevention. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of full-stack development experience. Ruby on Rails, React, and Golang for backend APIs/microservices. Distributed systems, API design, data modeling, reliability trade-offs. Experience leading technical design and end-to-end delivery.
