📋 Description Drive medium to large scale manufacturing process improvements. Lead ramp-ups and improve manufacturability and assembly. Serve as technical, functional, and projects lead for IE. Plan and lead IE projects across cells/lines to boost throughput. Mentor the IE team and manage cross-functional projects. Optimize labor cost via process improvements and cost/benefit. 🎯 Requirements BS degree in engineering (IE, EE, ME). 6+ years CI experience in manufacturing. Strong communication and group presentation skills. Multi-tasking; lead a team to meet concurrent deadlines. Proficient with SAP, SAP HANA, Snowflake, O9; Tableau, Excel. Track record driving process and cultural change. Minimal travel 0-5%.
