Collaborate with executives, owners, architects, and dev teams across engagements. Translate goals and requirements into a practical architectural blueprint. Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the standard platform. Ensure platform health by reducing technical debt and aligning with best practices. 🎯 Requirements AI integration experience in work processes or workflows. 15+ years in professional services or equivalent education/experience. Management consulting experience. Ability to travel up to 80%. Comfort leading programs independently in a startup-paced environment.
