📋 Description Own end-to-end international Nephrology launch roadmap. Build stakeholder maps and engagement plans across nephrologists and payers. Partner with Medical Affairs for education and data priorities. Collaborate with Market Access on evidence and reimbursement needs. Lead regional matrix teams for launch readiness and training. Monitor KPIs and ensure compliant, patient-centric launch execution. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in rare diseases (commercial/medical) preferred. Intl launch planning/execution experience in labs/pathology/HCP networks. Knowledge of nephrology care pathways and diagnostic workflows. Ability to lead through influence in a matrix; translate science to action. Proficient with enterprise AI tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot).
