📋 Description Own creation, development, and management of 3D BIM models in Revit Translate design intent into production-ready BIM models Produce full construction documents: plans, sections, elevations, schedules Establish and enforce BIM standards and internal protocols Lead BIM standards, templates, and workflows; mentor junior BIM modelers Coordinate structural and MEP with consultants; manage clash resolution 🎯 Requirements 5-10 years BIM modeling; 3+ years in senior/lead roles Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Expert-level Revit proficiency with strong architectural modeling focus Ability to own and deliver full construction documentation independently Experience setting BIM standards, templates, and protocols Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Excel; Dynamo a plus
