Lead AI-assisted development tooling adoption for reliable delivery. Own technical decisions end-to-end; assess tradeoffs and drive execution. Translate business challenges into scalable software with product teams. Mentor teammates through direction and code/design reviews. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in software engineering; 2+ in lead/senior roles. Built and operated production-grade enterprise software. Hands-on with AI-assisted development workflows. Proficiency in C#/.NET, Java, or Go; AWS; Docker/ECS/EKS; REST APIs. Strong mentoring and engineering development track record.
