Senior M365 System Engineer

📋 Description Implement and tune high-availability back-office systems securely. Manage identity and collaboration platforms: M365, Azure AD, AD, Okta. Configure infrastructure services: AD, DHCP, DNS and mail across regions. Drive infrastructure projects across data centre, AWS and Azure. Use IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and IaC to automate capacity and performance. Mentor teammates and act as escalation point for complex issues. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in enterprise systems engineering or similar. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, identity mgmt. Hands-on in AWS/Azure, IaC, and scripting with PowerShell or Python. Experience on Microsoft and Linux infra, SOEs and virtual desktops. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) governance and security.
