Production & Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description Develop and improve manufacturing processes for aircraft structures and prototype hardware. Translate engineering designs into efficient manufacturing workflows. Plan and manage production schedules for on-time hardware delivery. Optimize machine utilization, layout, and technician allocation. Identify bottlenecks and implement throughput improvements. Develop work instructions, assembly procedures, and quality checklists. 🎯 Requirements Strong fundamentals in manufacturing engineering, production systems, and mechanical engineering. Experience with CAD software and engineering drawings. Experience developing manufacturing processes for mechanical or aerospace products. Familiarity with machining, sheet metal fabrication, composites, welding, and additive manufacturing. Experience with production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
