📋 Description Develop and implement QA procedures to ensure product quality. Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to set specs. Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for compliance. Analyze data to identify trends and improve processes. Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA. Train and mentor supply chain partners on QC procedures. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' related engineering/QA experience. QA/quality control experience in manufacturing or production. ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements knowledge. Experience with chemical safety testing and CPSC regulations.
