📋 Description Architect, install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and network equipment. Monitor, analyze, and optimize network and system performance. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory). Design, implement, and test data backup and disaster recovery. Develop and maintain IT security measures—firewalls, antivirus, patching, compliance. Lead complex incidents and requests; ensure service via the helpdesk. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field (or equivalent). 5+ years of IT administration in a medium/large organization. Windows Server and/or Linux administration; networking; Active Directory. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Familiar with ITSM tools and backup/disaster recovery. PowerShell, Bash, or comparable scripting.
