📋 Description Guide individuals with developmental disabilities and families through California's Self Determination. Lead person-centered planning and develop customized plans. Assist with budgeting and advocate with Regional Centers. Help clients find tailored community supports and direct staff. Collaborate with customers and coworkers to deliver high-quality service. 🎯 Requirements Experience with the Developmental Disability Community (professional or lived experience preferred). Experience managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
