Cash Processing Analyst

📋 Description Support day-to-day cash processing activities, including payment monitoring. Prepare and manage payment forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company requirements. Coordinate with third-party providers and track SLAs/KPIs. Investigate and resolve payment issues (rejections, discrepancies, inquiries). Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements. Lead continuous improvement using automation, workflow tools, and ERP. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field. 2-4 years in global Source-to-Pay in a shared services environment. Cash processing operation experience. SAP ERP systems and FI Module experience. Experience leading process improvement, automation, or digital transformation. Advanced/Fluent English; Portuguese familiarity a plus.
