📋 Description Audit and re-architect CoeurWay prompts into modular, maintainable chains. Lead LM selection, evaluation, and pairing to prompts; model-agnostic approach. Define 'good' outputs; identify failures; drive improvements via validation. Evolve evaluation framework; expand rubrics; boost automation. Establish systematic output validation; edge cases and regression tests. Design and implement new prompts and evaluation suites for CoeurWay and MYLE EMR. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in AI/ML, product dev, computational linguistics, or related field. 2+ years prompt engineering in production LLMs; B2B SaaS or regulated industry. Experience decomposing prompts into modular, chained architectures. Experience designing/improving LLM evaluation frameworks. Familiar with frontier LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc. Experience in healthcare/clinical or life sciences is a strong asset. 🎁 Benefits Remote work and flexible arrangements.
