Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description Lead discovery and analysis across complex systems, integrations, data. Define business, technical, data and non-functional requirements. Assess operational impacts, risks, dependencies and readiness. Support testing, validation and acceptance activities. Facilitate discussions among business leaders, architects, developers, testers and vendors. Provide leadership and mentoring to other BAs and team. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology environments. Strong technical and data analysis capability. Experience working with integrations, data migration, reporting or legacy system environments. The ability to translate complex technical information into practical business outcomes. Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
