📋 Description Lead customer implementations end-to-end with adoption and outcomes. Design architectures mapping Synthesia to high-value use cases. Partner with Sales on solution scoping, proposals, API demos. Build proofs of concept to demonstrate the art of the possible. Create playbooks, frameworks, and integration patterns to scale value. Act as trusted advisor to technical and business leaders including VP/C-level. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Solutions Architecture/Pre-Sales in SaaS. Strong project and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams. Hands-on experience with APIs, workflows, or integrations. Storytelling and communication for technical and exec audiences. Commercial mindset; architecture drives adoption, retention, and expansion. Proven experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery models.
