📋 Description Plan preventive maintenance on equipment to maximize plant uptime. Assist in implementing corrective actions when necessary. Ensure safety and quality of work by maintenance and production personnel. Provide high level technical service to improve quality and efficiency. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered. Experience in a maintenance leadership position in manufacturing. Effective communication and people management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
