📋 Description Lead end-to-end planning, layout, and expansion of manufacturing facilities Oversee design through commissioning, on time and within budget Act as owner’s representative for construction activities Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and CAPEX plans Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineering firms 🎯 Requirements B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Eng, Architecture; M.S. preferred 10+ years in industrial construction or capital projects Proven track record delivering large-scale manufacturing facilities Strong management of contracts and site execution Deep understanding of industrial building systems (MEP, utilities) Experience with factory automation or advanced manufacturing 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary with equity stock options Comprehensive benefits, health insurance, and 401K Relocation assistance may be provided for eligible roles
