Maintain a cohesive visual system across the channel: typography, color, layout, and branding. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails, ideally at volume. Strong portfolio showing composition and performance-driven thumbnails. High level experience with Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator. Sharp eye for typography, color, contrast, and visual hierarchy. Strong photo editing and compositing skills (cutouts, retouching, backgrounds). Versatility across formats from thumbnails to banners, community posts, and promotional graphics. Solid understanding of what drives clicks: curiosity, clarity, and emotion. Comfort working with data and feedback, and iterating quickly. High attentiveness to details and proactiveness. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team. Strong written and spoken English.
