📋 Description Lead the Nexus team shaping text-based connectors and data flow. Manage a distributed 6-person team across Tartu, Estonia, and Poland. Start as hands-on Senior Engineer for the first 3 months. Ship production code and learn the Interaction Core systems end-to-end. After ramp-up, allocate ~60% to leadership and ~40% to coding.
