QA Engineer

📋 Description Review support tickets; extract reproduction steps and translate issues into bug reports. Reproduce bugs across environments and configurations to provide context for fixes. Design, write, and maintain test plans and test cases for OSS and Enterprise. Perform manual and exploratory testing for new features and regressions. Collaborate on acceptance criteria, edge cases, and validating fixes before release. Contribute to automated test coverage improvements. 🎯 Requirements Experience in software QA with both manual and automated testing. Ability to read tickets and systematically reproduce issues. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or workflow tools. Experience with APIs, logs, and distributed systems debugging. Experience writing automated tests in Java, Python, or TypeScript.
