IT & Projects Manager W/M

📋 Description Lead the IT Projects team and evolve Pennylane’s internal IT. Manage cross-functional IT projects and drive improvement. Collaborate with IT Support, Security, and Finance teams for secure IT. Own administration of internal IT platforms and tools. Drive cross-functional initiatives; automate tasks; standardize processes. Support AI initiatives and responsible AI adoption across Pennylane. 🎯 Requirements Proven IT Lead/PM in fast-growing SaaS/tech. Experience managing operational IT projects cross-functionally. Mentoring technical teams is a strong plus. Hands-on with SaaS tools: Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Notion, Okta, Cloudflare. IAM concepts including SSO and SCIM. MacOS familiarity; knowledge of ISO 27001 or SOC 2. Familiar with AI tools and automation; Bash/Python scripting a plus. 🎁 Benefits 25 paid vacation days. Competitive compensation package.
