Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description Architect agentic workflows with LLMs, reasoning components, and data pipelines. Lead ML/NLP product design from ideation to production, including training. Experiment with new approaches for agentic reasoning, coordination, and autonomous systems. Collaborate with product/engineering to embed intelligent agents in recruiting workflows. Guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and define best practices for scalable ML systems. Contribute to NLP and conversational intelligence stack focusing on reliability and personalization. 🎯 Requirements BSc or MSc in CS, ML, AI, NLP, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years building and deploying ML systems in production. NLP techniques, LLM fine-tuning, and model evaluation. Proficiency with PyTorch and TensorFlow; scikit-learn and Hugging Face. Advanced Python programming and strong software engineering fundamentals. Experience designing end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment.
