📋 Description Own full-stack feature delivery across web client and backend services. Design platform surfaces: auth, onboarding, account capture, admin tooling. Architect backend services and APIs (REST and gRPC) used across products. Define reliability targets; implement logging, metrics, tracing. Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and infra to ship iteratively. Mentor mid-level/associate engineers; improve architecture and DX. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of professional full-stack web engineering. Strong TypeScript and React; React Native a plus. Kotlin or Java on the JVM, or TypeScript for shared libraries. HTTP, REST, and gRPC + protobuf. PostgreSQL; DynamoDB/Redis; caching and queues. AWS, Docker/Kubernetes; CI/CD; Linkerd/ArgoCD a plus.
