Hardware Development Engineer (3+ yrs experience)

📋 Description Interface with QA, R&D, operations, PD, and management for optimized production. Collaborate with R&D on NPI activities for next-gen products. Self-direct and solve complex projects with demanding schedules. Coordinate with SubPac ID, ME, and Asian manufacturing teams to resolve issues. Validate changes and provide documentation to item specs (BOM, schematics, data sheets). Knowledge of Arena PLM or similar system is an asset. Incorporate DFM principles and best practices. Work with PD to create/revise product roadmap and prioritize features. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years hardware engineering experience. Self-starter in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Bachelors in electrical engineering strongly preferred. Love of music is a huge bonus.
