Compliance Manager DACH

📋 Description Lead local adherence to the Global Sobi Compliance Program in Germany. Partner with General Managers to ensure governance and risk management. Advise on Code of Conduct, ABAC, Data Privacy, and Third-Party risk. Monitor risk, maintain risk register, and drive remediation. Ensure data protection compliance and privacy program implementation. Drive global/regional compliance projects and audit readiness. 🎯 Requirements Graduate in life sciences; pharma background preferred. 5+ years in pharma compliance in Germany. Expert knowledge of regional/local Codes of Practices. Strong knowledge of ABAC, Data Protection, GDPR, TPRM, and HCP/HCO transparency. Working knowledge of the German healthcare system.
