Software Engineering Manager, Web Platform

📋 Description Lead design and implementation of web solutions for Nearmap's digital presence. Own end-to-end delivery for website initiatives from requirements to production. Act as the primary technical contact for Marketing and business stakeholders. Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability. Lead and support a small engineering team, fostering collaboration. 🎯 Requirements Proven track record delivering modern web apps, incl. high-traffic sites. Technical leadership or senior engineering background; comfortable without PM/TPM. Hands-on with Storyblok or similar headless CMS (Contentful/Sanity). Experience working with non-technical stakeholders (Marketing/Design) end-to-end. Frontend skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS; React and Next.js.
