Director of Finance

📋 Description Build and lead the finance org with scalable processes. Own accounting operations: AR/AP/GL/inventory and revenue. Ensure GAAP reporting and regulatory compliance. Develop accounting policies, internal controls, and scalable processes. Lead FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning. Partner with CEO on strategic planning, fundraising, board reporting. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years finance and accounting with ownership of a function. Strong foundation in accounting ops, financial reporting, FP&A, modeling, and cash management. Experience building models, budgets/forecasts, and delivering insights. Ability to partner with exec leadership for data-driven decisions. Hands-on operator building scalable finance processes and infrastructure. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
