📋 Description Build, rework, inspect, and troubleshoot SMT & through-hole PCB assemblies. Perform manual soldering and rework under a microscope. Inspect PCBAs and validate workmanship via electrical and functional testing. Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and drawings. Fabricate, rework, test, and document control boxes, wire harnesses, and cables. Translate engineering concepts into functional electro-mechanical prototypes. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years hands-on experience in electrical/electro-mechanical or robotic product development. Expertise in PCBA assembly, inspection, rework, micro-soldering, and troubleshooting. Experience building and troubleshooting cables, harnesses, control boxes, and assemblies. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and drawings. Experience operating oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and other test equipment.
